Superior Plus feels like a hometown business. The staff at the Warren office is easy to work with and always available to answer questions, resolve an issue and/or schedule a delivery. Superior Plus is also a company that gives back to the community. They support local events and have a presence as well. Many of their employees have been with them for quite a long time and it’s nice to see familiar faces when getting a delivery or stopping by the office.

auto delivery is great no worries
Employees are always courteous and friendly. Drivers are respectful of personal property. One thing I don't understand and would suggest be changed is that you do not seem to have Automatic delivery!! I pre-pay and am a seasonal resident whose permanent residence is almost 200 miles away from the address you service. Why, as a pre-paid customer can't the drivers have a list of such customers so that when they are in the general area making deliveries to other customers and have the time could check the pre-paid list and perhaps make a delivery even though I haven't requested same. Otherwise I have to make an almost 400 mile round trip to see if my LP level is within the parameters you suggest for calling for a delivery.
It just seems to make sense and would be more efficient! One time as I was arriving at my property I saw the delivery truck pulling out of my driveway and thought they made a delivery only to find out they made a delivery to my closest neighbor who shares my almost mile long driveway. I then called and scheduled a delivery that could have been a "2 birds with one stone" type of thing but the driver had to make another trip to the same location within a week!
