I like the remote tank fill sensor as it saves me from trudging through the snow (I'm 88) to read the meter and call your office. I also don't have to worry about sending you a check as my charge is automatic and you send me a receipt by email..

I am positively impressed with the local persons’ service posture who work at Superior Propane at the Warren, Pa facility. I am a long time administrator who was witness to very good service delivery to thousands of clients who were best served by NOT imposing single threaded company-wide, one size fits all procedures on routine matters. The customer oriented folks at Warren are experienced and serve the company in a very positive and personable manner despite the presence of some obvious company/corporate procedures, well intended perhaps, but sadly just get in the way for good persons to do the best for both company and the customer.

The driver is very polite and my tank was filled the day after I ordered it online. I do not like the new phone system, however. I used to like calling and talking to someone right here in Warren, but now you go through an automated system. I waited so long last time to be connected to someone, I finally just hung up and had my daughter order online for me. I am not overly comfortable with computers and would rather order by phone.
