The doctor did what I feel was a great job. Others associated with him also were very pleasant and informative.
The only issue was the facility. Felt it could use an update and a bit more cleaner.

I have prostate cancer and he explains every phase of my treatment so I can understand it and the office follows up with emails I can print out. The staff is very caring and considerate every time I have questions. The location is only 15 mins away from me so that works out well too. All and all I am very satisfied with the care I have been getting. Thank you.

The staff was all very nice, but should advise waiting patients that Doctor is behind for procedures. We waited an hour before scheduled appointment before asking if my chart was misplaced. I understand the wait at all offices, but would have liked to be informed.

OH, I dunno..he has a very good/calm attitude. A sense of humor and realization that you are a bit anxious about your upcoming procedure and makes you feel more at ease. If you need a urologist I highly recommend him.

What do you like about Steven Pierpaoli, MD and our office?

I am thankful they were on time. I truly believe the doctor did this in the best possible manner. I think patients with prostatitis experience more pain and might need extra numbing.

I don't recommend nurses chit chatting during the procedure as it is annoying. In addition, if the doctor wants to say something then they cannot be heard. Please bare in mind many patients may have hearing issues, so the chit chat is more like noise and increased my anxiety.
