Great workout classes

I love the Y. It is a place where I can go as myself and put time and energy into my health and well being. I don't have to impress anyone. I don't have to compete with anyone. I bring myself just as I am and work on my own goals. Everyone there is kind, friendly and helpful, both the staff and the members. I always see familiar faces and they always seem glad to see me as well.

Very cool
The quantity and quality of group exercise classes is a great benefit to me. I enjoy working with Nelson, the personal trainer instructing me on posture, range of motion, and strength exercise. As a regular yoga attendee, I really enjoy the variety, tempo, and quality of all three instructors.
