What do you like about our programs and activities?

We are always greeted with a smile as we arrive. Great staff and instructors. This is more than a gym, its a place to join up with great people who have healthy living as a goal. Its a great place to meet wonderful people in our community who care!

The instructors and trainers are very good. They're pleasant and very knowledgeable as well as sensitive to class or individual needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. Lots of up to date equipment that is consistently in good condition.
