I don't do any activities. I just like the people working there. They are always upbeat and positive. I use the machines.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the pilates, barre and strength classes - also the instructors are very good. Facility is clean. only complaint is signing up for classes - often times end up on waiting lists - and that's signing up at 7:06 AM!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My husband and I enjoy the classes offered at the Y, particularly body pump and spinning. The instructors are excellent. They make the classes fun yet challenging.

I enjoy riding the bikes. I had used other machines, and they were helpful. The staff is always very supportive.

I love all the classes especially strength and dance. Keeping them limited is a safety issue. I have also built a community of friends

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My YMCA is amazing.
We have so much equipment for working all areas of our bodies. We have multiple group classes available and personal trainers are there to work with us when we need special guidance. I love our YMCA.👍🥰💕
