Lots of different classes for exercise and variety. Good for the whole family.
I like a clean warm swimming pool (86 degrees), where the Y lifeguards ensure participants shower before entering.
(Disgusting that many people come in and are allowed to use the pool like it’s their bathtub).

I exclusively use the pool daily and love it. Cannot say enough about the facility, which is sadly underutilized: I am often the only one in the entire pool! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and it feels like you are part of a community at the Y. Only request: we greatly need a swim suit spinning dryer installed: PLEASE. Thank you for the amazing facility.
They have patient teachers who take the time with the students.
Everyone is very organized/ friendly and personable with the kids. Communicators to the parents are great!

Very good , my kids start ymc when they are 6 months old , now they are 9 years and 5 years old , they love ymc , I love too , they doing good job ..
Inexpensive which makes them accessible to most everyone. Varied programs and sports leagues. Enthusiastic coaches and instructors. It’s pretty cool that there are so many young people coaching the kids. I think the kids relate better when that happens. My kids have favorites and just like they look forward to seeing who their new teachers will be in September l, they look forward to seeing which of their favorite coaches they will have this time around. This session of YBL my daughter has her former flag football coach and she’s psyched
I love the variety in the times the programs are offered.
I love all of the daycare/preschool workers. My kids are happy.
The front desk is always very helpful and makes everything easy. I have never been disappointed here

The swimming lessons program is very well run and we're very happy with it.
The instructors are knowledgeable and fun.
I wish the Women's changing room and showers were updated and cleaner. The shower area will sometimes smell moldy.
I enjoy the workout classes and have made many friends at the Taunton Y over the years.
The Taunton Y does the best it can to offer the community support and a positive place for kids and families, though the location is challenging in comparison to other upscale towns where Y branches are located.

Pool always seems open to lap swimming which is wonderful. Very nice pool too with sun coming in the windows
