It has been more than three months that the faucets in the ladies' locker room showers at the EB Y have needed repairs. The leaking from two of the showers is enough to increase your water bill by a good dollar. I have spoken to some of your managers and Patrick. Patrick has said the parts are on order. A plumber can only come in when the Y is closed to get into the ladies locker room. Three months for a part to arrive?
The perception to your members is that the Y does not care.
Would you consider asking your maintenance staff or the lifeguards to wipe down the brown stains on the seats in the steam room? It is gross to have to consider which seat to use when they all should be clean and available. The same goes for the brown accumulation on the stair steps into and out of the pool.
All else is good at the Y !

The facilities are updated and easy to use. The staff is simply amazing ! It’s an awesome place to work out or take a class.

My favorite thing about the Y is the staff. They all do a great job of welcoming people and helping those who need any instruction. They remember me too! The instructors are fair and encouraging, and getting positive feedback from them while I'm trying to bust my butt makes it a little easier to push myself to new limits. Everything is clean and in good working order. I'm so happy to see how much bigger the EB YMCA is now compared to when I was a child! I recommend this Y in particular to everyone I meet!

I enjoy talking to the members either on the machines or in the locker room. I used to do the spinning classes but ended during Covid.
