There are a vast variety of classes, something for everyone! The instructors are great, always time to speak with them, either before or after, a class! The members, well, absolutely amazing!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like swimming...being 72 it's easy non the joints and muscles.Having said that the free weights as well as the elliptical machines, stair climber, are essential "in moderation" for toning the body.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Swimming during the day in the summer. The teachers are spectacular. The dance parties, celebrations, the learning environment. It’s consistent, comfortable and overall just wonderful. Everything. We will miss it dearly.
