Woodhull Propane and Griffith Energy in Big Flats, both came to my aid when I realized that the automatic delivery system was not working. A system change led to this problem. Propane was delivered the next day !!! The technician/driver will have to come back to solve this problem.

The staff in Woodhull have gone above and beyond to help us resolve billing issues. Despite their devastation during area flooding, our concerns were addressed and resolved. Other businesses should take notice and take lessons of excellent customer service.

A couple of times over the last 21 years I have had my tank be completely empty. You immediately sent someone with a temporary supply until the big tanker could get here.
