I just converted to using propane as a heat source and contacted Superior / Griffith as my potential supplier. They were able to thoroughly address all of my concerns in a friendly & courteous manner on the phone, making my choice easy. When installing their tanks, the tech was careful in setting them and in pressure testing my lines, giving me peace of mind that his concern for safety matched mine. My tanks were filled the next day while I wasn't home and a paper invoice was left in my door. I preferred to pay on-line so I registered on their website to do so which took all of 2 minutes. So far, I have to rate my experience as a 10 and am hoping it stays that way.

I like the tank monitor! We are auto pay and finally that seems to be working better than it use to. We are auto fill during the winter when we are gone and that is also working out. The office lady in Skaneateles has been very helpful whenever I have called with a question.
The girl I spoke with on the phone was very help and had great customer service skills.
I had called with a concern that my propane was running low. As you can monitor your own account on line, I was amazed at how pretty accurate what it had stated vs. what I actually had. Not having to want to run out, I had called about my concern and within a day my tanks we filled up. The staff that is on hand is always courteous and knowledgeable.

Did not like the fact that i had to call the office 3 times to get a delivery and almost ran out of the product. Being a long time customer I believe I am paying way too much for the propane. $2.23 s gallon as compared to 2.06 a gallon at my primary residence.

Automatic delivery monitoring. Bill adjustment when charged a high price for propane above the average price for our area. Dollars were credited to our account. Wish Griffith Energy/Superior Plus Propane would keep your prices in line with other competitors, so we don’t feel the need to switch to another company at any time as we do monitor average pricing at other companies.
We have been with Griffith Energy since moving into this house mid 2013. Initially I thought I would have need to choose another supplier but you worked with me to match the best rates in our area. Since then customer service has been excellent. All of the people in the Skaneateles NY office have been supportive. Hana King has been a key reason that I have been happy to continue using your services. I have referred my daughter to your company a few years ago and they also remain loyal customers. Hana has helped us to choose the right plan at the most competitive price each Spring for the coming heating season. The introduction of the new technology which enables you to remotely monitor the levels of propane left in our tank has resulted in fewer refills during the year resulting in lower annual HAZMAT fees.
