Customer service is above and beyond exceptional! I have been a customer for 9 years. My whole house is heated with propane and can get very expensive. This year I found a lower price for propane and was ready to switch companies. Before I did, I contacted Superior Plus Propane. Superior Plus Propane CARES! The woman I spoke with contacted the manager and was able to match the lower price. No need to switch companies and going through tank removal. I was also informed that if in the future, I find a better price to contact them first and they will work with me to get the best price. Having that kind of customer service these days is few and far between. THANKFUL customer!

How polite the driver was when he came to the house to deliver our fuel. I asked if he needed me to move anything, which he assured me that he could safely navigate around our vehicles.
