I like that you are local and I'm able to keep supporting a local company year after year since 1991 . Also , I'm glad to be able to talk to a real person when and if the need arises for a fill up or maintenance on my boiler . Everyone I speak with there is always polite and very friendly and I always enjoy a short chit chat , and they are the only one's that I know in this area that has the citizen's action fuel discount as well . I love that the trucks make random stops to check the tanks and then offer you whether or not you want them to top your tank off. Overall, the experience has been awesome so far!

Top notch people in the field but the people in the office are apparently overwhelmed by the volume of calls. Impossible to speak with anyone in a timely manner. Also Non- Transparent pricing is costs you more than the extra pennies you tack on. My recommendation would be to post or advertise the price each day on your website Even if you are not the lowest price in town.
