I use very little product, but find the Red Creek office personnel helpful and accommodating while corporate policies and billing is less customer friendly than when it was Burnwell.

Your delivery personnel are very friendly and the two Suburban employees who came out the other day to exchange my tank were very nice and got the job done quickly and efficiently despite having a huge rain downpour right in the middle of it. My only complaint would be the hazmat fee charged with every propane delivery. I'm being told that other companies don't charge this fee every time. Thanks!
When we recently had a propane leak, we had someone at our home in less than an hour. They thoroughly evaluated the affected areas and resolved all issues. They were experienced and quick with their work. Very happy with the service!
