We enjoy the friendly service when we have to call the Lowville office with questions. The deliveries are timed right so we always have fuel. The technicians who service and repair our furnace are very knowledgeable and friendly. We have a service contract and if there is a problem with the furnace, they are very prompt in responding. We couldn’t ask for any better service all around.
