My family has seen an improvement in our child’s educational performance in math since joining Mathnasium. With the help of Mathnasium and her current math teacher at Santiago High School, she has been able to move on from a resource math class in 8th grade to a general education classroom in 9th grade with passing marks! She enjoys going and most importantly, it has improved her confidence in math, which was the goal for enrolling her in the program. Mathnasium is worth the investment for your child’s education.

The team is super involved in the progression of the child’s learning of new concepts. Impressed with the proactive teachers/ administrators who reach out to the school teachers to understand, get more information about the student so they can bridge any gaps. The tutor’s are very nice and make the kids feel comfortable learning math. This was very important, since math is not fun to most children and no one wants a mean or grumpy person teaching them. I’m glad the tutors that we have been with are kind and make math seem not as stressful. We will definitely continue with this program for next year as well.

Mathnasium has made a complete change for my 10th grader. He failed math in the 9th grade during the school year and 2 more times during summer school. Since enrolling at Mathnasium 3 times per week, he has held no less than a B and has a great understanding of the work he is doing. Some kids get math, some kids don’t, but Arlene makes certain ALL kids have a complete understanding. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Everyone at the center is so nice! I appreciate that they work with our ever changing schedules. The price is high but hoping to see the kids excel in math in the years to come.
