Great customer service and attention to detail. The shop is very nicely setup making you feel very comfortable. I liked the massage and hot towel session of the MVP package. It would be even better if the shop offered shaving service as part of the haircut plan like a real old-school barbershop. Hey, you may even charge extra for it. And how about a facial? Why not. As an upscale haircut salon the sky is the limit. Best wishes.

I walked into the newly opened Sport Clips, not sure of what go find, but three wonderful people, smiling and willing to help.
Laina was there, greeted me, got me checked in and started the 5-star service I was hoping for.
From allowed up by an awesome haircut, she provided me with the MVP package. I accepted.
I might suggest a little longer on the massage part. Warm towel was the best.

Loved the setting. Person who cut my hair was warm and friendly. Liked the incentive offer (refer a friend) and the comp neck cleanups. Was offered a comp cut for being the first time. Will definitely go back.
Convenient check-in, locations nationwide and wait estimates without an appointment make it easy to fit a cut into a unpredictable business travel schedule. If last minute I need to be in Vegas tomorrow I know I can time a fresh cut before a meeting.
