I’ve love love my haircut from Jen! Its perfect!

Could use fewer reminders, texts, emails confirming and reconfirming my appointment. Like, a text or an email the day before is fine but not multiples of both.

But I’ll keep coming back because Jen’s the bomb.

Welcoming and relaxed environment, professional and friendly staff. Brittany listened to my thought and concerns and offered suggestions throughout the styling process - so happy with the cut! Daphne was lovely to chat with and explained the shops products and perks programs. Great experience all around!
