She knew about my history when she came into the room. Many doctors and nurses do not review your file before coming into room. She had a game plan ready.

Dr Mancici - initial consult was great.
Your hand drier in the bathroom to the right of check out is disappointingly weak and you should get a stronger one, or add paper towels to dry your hands faster. Also maybe add a door lock mechanism that shows occupied / vacant. The guy (2) before me opened the door on another patient (1) - who inexplicably didn't lock the door while providing a urine sample... Someone (4) tried to go ahead of me (3) while (2) was still in the bathroom despite the fact the door is locked. Then while I was using the facility another person (5) tried to open the locked door. This isn't the end of the world here but some quality of life improvements would significantly improve the process and cut down patient on awkward patient interactions.
Bonus points for not only processing my registration quickly, but not having to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment time to see the Doctor.

Well, there are a number of things that I like: First off, your office location is close by and not a great distance away; secondly, the office waiting area is very clean and comfortable; thirdly, Dr. Sreckovic is very professional and thorough in terms of his exams; and lastly, the office staff is very nice and helpful! The only thing that I would add is that you could use a Pepsi machine in your office location that has something to drink, as well as water products!
