For starters, my appointments are always on time with little to no waiting when I arrive. What I really like about Michael Herzog is he asks questions and listens to my concerns. I've been a patient of Associated Urological Specialists and formerly Urological Consultants since 1983 to treat my periodic prostate issues. I was a patient of Dr Steinberg for almost 40 years and was concerned when he retired a few years ago. However, my concerns were gone after my first visit with Dr Herzog. He instantly made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands. He is truly professional yet personable and took the time to review and confirm my history prior to my first visit. Everyone at Associated makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Thank you all!

Office extremely friendly on time and efficient! It's busy but very professionally run! Pleasant waiting room but I only sat 10 minutes! Depsite 15+ patients waiting. Fast turnover and services before seeing the doc. Mr Berger has given me 2 procedures over the lady 10 yrs both times I was happy with him and his staff. Today he went over my past history, informed me of future choices and concerns and set choices in motion. Was not rushed! Highly recommend him and staff.
