Dr. Turk has been my urologist for many years. He is friendly, professional and has always shown great concern for my health.
The office and nursing staff, however, is another story. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and put in isolation for more than an hour before I finally approached the receptionist to ask how much longer before I would see the doctor. She responded by saying "You are next; but you were 10 minutes late for your appointment." When I turned around to go into the room I was assigned, the doctor came up to me with a friendly greeting and said no one told him I was there and that his patients are never put in that room. It's an insult to me that I was treated this way after having been a patient of Dr. Turk's for more than 30 years.
She listens to her patient, has compassion and is very knowledgeable.
