Mark is a doctor they gave me hope and I’ve been with him for about 10 years and I hope he can give me another 10 years I would recommend him to everybody. I know that had my problem, and I wish him the best of health.

What do you like about Mark Lyon, MD and our office?

I like that Dr Mark Lyon entered my waiting area with an (A) exhausted expression that changed to a welcome again face and voice expression after seeing me eye to eye. (B) His first question was "How have you been?" (C) His second was, "Do you have any questions or concerns about your ___?" as he continued eye to eye contact. (D) He remained standing but leaned back, resting his two arms backwards on his examination cot, suggesting to me he now had time to listen to my response. I liked that.

I like Dr. Lyon very much he has been my urologist for several years.
I do have a complain about your Web site. Not very user friendly. I have gone on the site; at times it shows my information and other times it treats me as if I were a new patient. This has happened more than once, also when I was able to access the site, I can see my outstanding bill but there is no option to pay on-line. I have mentioned this to staff, and they tell me it's been a problem that they have heard this complain from others.
