Dr Jae Kim is very approachable, knowledgeable and treats patients with respect. Dr Jae Kim answers all questions and discusses plan of care.
The office is clean

I was scheduled for 8 30 and was on the way home by 9 with a good visit with Dr. User.

While Dr. Kim was great, the billing department lacks providing feedback. I called Billing twice assured the Billing Manager would return my call regarding a $50 fee "assessed ongoing patients". During my third call to Billing, I cancelled my future appointment scheduled almost a year away.

Dr. Berger is informative, direct, and efficient. Office staff are very helpful.

The staff in the office are professional and nice they answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable, doctor Berger explains everything to you so you can make the best decision for you

We waited for 1 hour. We were about to walk out and then they called us. The nurses seem rude at first but maybe we were just frustrated about waiting so long. The lady at the front just said that the doctor had an emergency . Well she should have informed us right when we checked it and or give us a call to come at a later time. It got better once we got in and spoke with the nurses and doctor. The doctor was good, but I guess we shall see how the second visit goes.
