The office staff are friendly and positive. The technicians are professional and encouraging, and prompt. Dr Cox is very personable and answers questions well. I felt I had an entire team behind me with the treatments. Overall an excellent experience.

Dr. Cox is direct and informative while showing you the compassion of a good friend.
He has patience and listens to questions fully before responding. He gives you confidence in the procedure and program as a whole. I'm very happy that he was the one guiding my care and I have a high level of confidence toward a positive outcome.

I think he's a good doctor. He explains everything well so you could have a nice understanding of what you're going through.
He's very easy to talk to. I think the technicians and nurses are very kind and considerate. They really make you feel at ease.

Everyone in the office is very kind and friendly. They really make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I like Doctor Cox too. He's another one that puts you at ease and will answer any and all questions you may have.

Dr. Cox explains everything very clearly. I never walk out of there wondering about something or not knowing what's next. People doing the radiation treatments are the best people in the world and the people working up front, all of them, are superb.
Couldn't ask for more. I actually felt sad, in a way, about leaving.

The staff of AUS are a blessing to its patients and their spouses.
Starting with Magda the receptionist, she greated me with a smile and soft spoken kindness that helped ease my anxiety.
Deisy my nurse or I call her my angel. She was always there for me as if I was her only patient, listening to me at my appointments, answered my phone calls personally, listened and report concerns to Dr. Cox , she loves her job and her patients.
The radiology team Daina, Brad and Paula took great care through the radiation prep and treatments. They also listened, were concerned about how I was feeling and cared about me.
