He seems involved or interested in everyone's side effects or issues and tries to help with questions on a weekly basis.Best of all he talks to you as person to person. He doesn't speak D-O-W-N to you like He is the Almighty and you are a nothing.

Dr. Cox was very thorough and detailed, explaining clearly the procedure and process of Radiation Therapy. Showed a caring concern and patients with all the questions I had. Making me comfortable with going forward with the procedure.

His office staff was exceptional from the first check in process to Dr. Cox’s assistant (Kelly).

Dr Cox was very honest with me he didn’t try to sugar coat anything snd that meant a lot to me. He was always on time when I had an appointment. When I had questions about my health if he didn’t have an answer at that time he got back to me at s later date with an answer. The nursing staff and the technicians were all wonderful. And I was grateful to have them

What do you like about Brett Cox, MD and our office?

I was impressed by how much attention to detail and the staffs ability to explain the procedures that would be available in order to facilitate my my health care. The staff was able to explain the process that would take place in order to make sure my health care results in a successful outcome. Dr. Cox explained what the results and reactions I could expect when I received the procedures that I would undergo. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I feel confident that my outcome will be positive and a success..

Dr Cox is very thorough with his explanation of the radiation procedure and presents it in a way that eases my and my wife"s apprehension. He answered our questions directly and understandably. His nurse, Debbie, is easy to talk to and explained all the steps we will be going through. Not to be forgotten is the receptionist,Magda. I spoke to her several times on the phone and she was the first person we met the we came into the office. She moved my visit up to fill in a cancellation and was very understanding and comforting to talk to.

Dr. Cox and the entire office staff were the friendliest, most compassionate group of professionals I’ve ever encountered. From my very first meeting, they invested time with me to explain everything, answering all my questions to ensure I was comfortable with the ensuing treatment. They made my treatment as quick and comfortable as possible, being extremely sensitive to be chronic pain condition. I could not give a higher endorsement to a group of medical professionals.

I appreciate that Dr. Cox is on time for my scheduled appointments & reviews my file before meeting with me. He brings visual aids when possible and explains everything so that I can understand it. He listens to my questions and answers them completely. Although I know that he is busy, he never appears to be hurried and tries to make certain I am satisfied with his responses.

Was met quickly by receptionist check in was a breeze wait for the doctor, Dr. Cox not long at all, his nurse assistant explain things from my prior record. When Dr. Cox spoke with me, he was very plain and explained everything to my understanding and to help me with further treatment options like them very much friendly easy-going, and told me everything I needed to know
