Everyone was friendly. Dr. Berger was very thorough. He explained the situation in a way that is easy to understand. And when he saw us in the hallway, he's still continued to talk to us.

It is difficult having both of my parents live with me and trying to keep up with all of their medical issues. Without me they would be completely lost. For the first time I actually felt like my dad's prostate cancer is being managed and under control.

As far as the doctor and nursing staff absolutely a 10. The staff up front have a tendency to be short and borderline rude. They can make you feel as if you are bothering them. I will continue to put up with the front staff because the medical staff is worth it.
