I was introduced to this office ten years ago. I had surgery in 2015 with Dr User and Dr DeFranco in 2018. I like that they follow up every year.I have seen Dr Brann twice this year. I am very pleased with all of them and how thorough they are. The office staff has always been very welcoming. I never have to wait to be seen. I rate this location a 5 out of 5. I look forward to my visits.

Isabel is patient, thorough, and happy to share her deep knowledge about managing urologic incontinence. I was amazed that, immediately after viewing scientific assessments of my pelvic floor function, she was able to surmise and describe to me symptoms I may have been having but had not yet mentioned to her, which I was able to confirm. She hit the nail on the head. Amazing! That gave me a lot of hope that I may be able to improve my incontinence problem. Thank you, Isabel. I am now very motivated to do my part and the " homework" you assigned me. Thanks again.

He was very through right down to the day before my scheduled surgery when I tested positive for a UTI infection and he cancelled the surgery to a later date. Too risky and problematic. So we agreed to reschedule and now I am waiting for the new date with no UTI. Amen Amen no hurry Better to be safe than sorry.
