Dr. Kim was the first urological doctor that listened to my problem and he began to research what could be done about it . I had appointments to see him and he would tell me of different approaches to the problem and I would begin the regiment of his suggestions. My problem was treated mostly with prescripted medicine - some would work and some would not. But he had me coming to see him so he could hear me tell him about them. In the end, he found a remedy for me that I am still using and it has been a tremendous aid for me and my urological problem. i am so grateful to him for helping me. I am saddened to learn he is leaving - wherever he is going he will be an asset to any clinic, hospital, urological group - I wish him all the best and a great amount of success. As far as the office, it was run very well. Patients do not need to sit and wait a long time to be called. I am sorry to also learn of their leaving Orland Park and relocating - I don't know if I will continue to use their office as it will be further for me to get to.
Dr. Ike takes the time to know you and your medical condition. He doesn't have his hand on the door handle. More Dr's should be like this.

He is the best doctor ever. He is so personable. Explains things where the average person that doesn't have a medical background understand and you can make comfortable decisions. Most importantly. He doesn't rush the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.
Dr. Berger and his staff are very professional and caring. We felt comfortable talking with them and understanding what they was saying. I would recommend them to anyone in need of there services.
Dr Pierpaoli is very compassionate. He explains everything in detail and takes the time to answer any of my questions. The office staff are awesome! They were able to complete all of my required FMLA paperwork promptly. And they return your phone calls ASAP!
