What do you like about Jae Kim, MD and our office?

You never wait long to be seen. Dr. Kim is very passionate and cares about his patients. He's friendly and seems to remember all his patients. I hate that he is leaving this office, but I'm sure he has left his patients in great care with the next physician taking over his patients. He will be missed. I wish him all the best.

He showed concern that proper follow up wasn't done for a surgical procedure that I had done for my kidney. He stressed the need for follow up. He takes the time to go over the little things, that I was not aware of.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pierpaoli and his staff. From the very beginning, he took a great deal of time to explain my diagnosis and all of my treatment options in clear plain English. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I truly understand my choices and felt comfortable with the decision I ultimately made. That kind of patience and care means a lot when you’re dealing with something this serious. His staff is also excellent, very professional, courteous and well organized. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. The only minor drawback is the office itself Feels a bit dated and could use some updating. That said, the quality of Care far outweigh appearance of the office space. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pierpaoli to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate urologist.
