What do you like about Michael Herzog, MD and our office?

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Herzog. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained the preliminary tests, surgery and after care very well. He was very accommodating of my schedule as I have two trips planned in April and May.
The staff was friendly and efficient, a pleasure. The office is very welcoming and clean.

From the very first appointment, it was clear that he approaches medicine with both expertise and genuine compassion. He takes the time to sit down, make eye contact, and truly listen—never rushing, never dismissing concerns, and always ensuring that every question is fully answered. You can tell that he sees his patients as people, not just charts.

What stands out most is his incredible attention to detail. Dr. Pierpaoli is thorough in a way that immediately builds trust. He carefully reviews medical history, asks thoughtful follow-up questions, and explains not only what he is looking for but why. However, the follow-up by the staff with the prescription took a week before I heard from the pharmacy. The prescription itself will not arrive until after almost 1 1/2 weeks after my initial visit
