I like Dr Stephenson. I wasn't sure I would be staying at this office when Dr. Jones left but Dr Jones and Dr. Stephensen are very similar. They are both professional, kind, considerate, and very good doctors.

However this office is poorly run.
From my personal experience, you need a new office manager. I don't have time to sit here and tell you all my personal experiences but at this last office visit. You have two check in people and two check out people. When I was ready to check out the two check out people were at lunch and one of the check in people were at lunch. There were two other people in front of me so I was in line with the check out person longer than I was with my doctor. It was NOT the check out persons fault. She was doing the job of 4 people. She did a great job under those miserable circumstances. She deserves a raise.
