Check in was very easy using the Baptist Portal to fill out history and pertinent information.

Dr. Schriver was very attentive & took time to answer to all my questions.

All the staff I interacted with were professional and kind.

What do you like about our office?

The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. I did not have to wait long. Barbara Austin took her time, listened, was thorough, and patiently answered all my questions. The communication via the portal has also been helpful. I would recommend Barbara to my friends and family.

I love everything about this practice. From the receptionists to Dr. Jansen, to his assistants Barbara and Heather. They are ALL very warm and professional. They seem to sincerely care about their patients. It is like going to see family. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

What do you like about our office?

Professional, efficient, but also friendly. Someone actually answers the phone. I am able to get an appointment when I need one. I appreciate that I am allowed to have input into my medical care and not just told what I must do. I have a functional doctor who looks at fixing problems at the core and not just adding more medicines. I feel like I’m on a path to wellness, not just piling bandaids on.

What do you like about our office?

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Physician took time to talk with me without making me feel like he was rushed. Everyone was very pleasant. My waiting time was not long before being seen. All of my questions were addressed. Staff provided me with information about testing being set up for me. I have had my primary care physician for 20 years, and had to change due to his death. Dr Janson was recommended to me and I am very happy with his bed side manner and staff.

Office personnel are very personable, helpful and always solve any issue you may have. Very friendly office. Dr’ Stephen’s is a great doctor. I personally usual see ARPN Barbara Austin who is awesome!!!
She explains things and follows up and knows her patients personalities!!!
