Dr. Watson has that rare combination of careful listening and posed excellent questions.

He never waved off anything I said.

He also looked past the obvious, in lieu of jumping to the easy answers. Case in point: He actually asked me if I have been losing eyebrows, as that's an indication of lack of Vitamin D.

He'd gathered newer info from an Endocrinology convention; clearly, he's interested in expanding his knowledge base. Very impressive.

Both my experience and my husband's experience with Baptist Primary Care - Black Creek is that of a phenomenal experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their Physician's Assistant, Mr. Watson, was very thorough and helpful. When I musrakwnlt told my husband the wrong time for his appointment - and he had planned accordingly for work, Amy, who answers the phone, did everything she could and made it happen for him to get in at a later time, even though they were booked!! They are so warm and friendly and THEY CARE!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Baptist Primary Care - BlackCreek. We are new patients, a family of 5, and they are our new Doctors! We are so very pleased with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone in search of a primary care family to call home.

Everything! Everybody was kind, the offices were clean, those helping me were very knowledgeable, the waiting room TV was not unduly loud, the time I spent filling out the forms was actually USED during my visit, and I was happy about the whole experience when we left!

What do you like about our office?

I've been a patient of Dr. Gill and now Dr. Jones for well over 15 years. They are very thorough, caring physicians with the latest knowledge of medical issues and medicines. They are always very helpful answering any questions I may have and I have recommended both of them several times.

Christian based with caring, friendly staff. Nurses, PA, and doctors are thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Service is always prompt. Rarely is wait time more than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Baptist Primary Care.
