What do you like about our office?

I was surprised to get in as quickly as I did due to an unexpected severe sore throat and sinus infection with Dr. Jones who was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the antibiotic given made my stomach very upset. Dr. Gill called back with valuable info. and additional medication to help the situation. However, a deep chest cough has persisted with a stuffy nose. I'm taking Mucinex.DM as prescribed along with the other medications as prescribed, but was bedfast all weekend.

Great Medical Team that really cares about their patients! Medical Team is honest and very experienced and knowledgeable. Many times the doctor will make a follow up phone call to check with the patient or give lab results so that other tests can be made - even after normal business hours. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Professional Staff that goes the extra mile for the patients. Ease of making an appointment. Nicely decorated waiting area and exam rooms. Cleanliness of facility. Ease of checking out.

Waits are not long, staff is friendly. I usually see Alden and feel he is very thorough and easy to talk with. The one concern I have is communication regarding tests/procedures. I had a carotid US done back in July or August. Assumed everything was negative because I did not get a call. When I went in this week, asked about the exact results and Alden did not even know I had it done! Apparently the results did not go to the correct place where he could view them. This is very dangerous! Family hx of CVA.

I felt immediately "at Home"---the nurse, Misty, was very pleasant, and did her part in a professional AND friendly manner. Dr. Jones helped me with my particular needs--the ONLY doctor who ever looked at my feet-(I am a diabetic) and helped me to know how to regulate dosage of my new insulin. It is so nice to find a doctor close to home. Thank you for being there!!! Thanksgiving Blessings to all your staff!! Name removed
