They were able to see me in person in a few days as a new patient after being diagnosed with acute bronchitis at an urgent care center. I tired to 3 weeks to see my family doctor that,I had been with for 10 years and they were only willing to give me a telehealth appointment in one month. Baptist truly cares!

Everything. Monica always makes me and my family feel like they truly are happy to see us, and I believe they are. The office staff is always very personable and so kind. Dr. Jansen is incredible and Barbara Austin is so great with my children. They all love her. I have and will continue to recommend the office to family and friends.
