I like the quick service that Rebecca does to find out info for me and to get my perscriptions refilled. I also like how Dr. Jansen listens and answers questions about my care. The front desk staff are also very friendly and caring.

I love Barbara Austin and followed her from the Baymeadows office. I have to travel about 45 minutes to reach the office at Fleming Island so I do like the teleDoc option but miss seeing Ms Austin in person.

I like my doctor , nurses and all the staff. That’s why I keep coming back to Baptist Heath. I am satisfied with the service. They also help me when I have questions and they are always ready to reply and make me feel better and informed. Also my annual appointment are scheduled in advance. Thank God for their professionalism and human compassion. I pray that they will always be safe and protected so patients like me will be taken care of.

All the staff are professionally polite. They listen to their patients. They treat me well as a new comer. I didn’t go wrong choosing this primary care facility. My doctor treated me well. I have been a patient with Barbara Austin for several years. I always get the best care from everyone here. Everyone is professional, efficient, caring, friendly and supportive. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a doctor. I can’t say enough good about this office and it’s staff.
