We've been with Superior since 1997 and they have a great track record for service.
We have 3 tanks: one to heat our hot water and 2 for our pool. The hot water tank is set up for Auto Delivery and I've never run out - even during COVID and when we've had increased usage due to company. The pool tanks are on Will Call because we don't heat the pool that often (a bit at each end of the season) so the tanks last a long time. In all the years we've been with them we've had one problem and Superior resolved it when I let them know there was a issue. I don't think I could ask for anything better.

A recent power outage necessitated the use of our generator, which was low on fuel. A call to Superior Plus resulted in a delivery that same day, so the generator was able to operate through a 2 1/2 day power outage. We have had their service for many years and they have never disappointed us.
Everyone who I spoke with was SUPER. They never dropped the ball thru the whole process.
