I brought my bike in on my lunch break on Friday (stopped by on my way home from a bike ride on Thursday at 6:50pm but store was already closed) and requested to pick it up on the weekend so I could make a ride scheduled on Monday.

I was told It would most likely be Tuesday, because the repair shop doesn’t work on weekends, but they would try to get it done.

I hadn’t heard from the shop by Sunday at 1pm so I had given up hope. I called anyway just in case, and to my surprise my bike was ready. When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been washed too (it was very dirty when I brought it in).

This was my first experience with the shop and it was positive. The limited store hours and bike shop not working on weekends is a big negative for me.

I was greeted upon arrival and all my questions were answered. I was also given a lot of information which led to the purchase of a Verge 2 for my wife. I surprised her with it that evening and she loved it.

I looked all over the place online and in-person and didn't find "the one" until I walked in to the Keller store. Tori was very helpful and lead me to exactly what I had been looking for. I love the size of the bike, how sturdy it is, the quality of the tires, the disc brakes, the gear shift, etc.

I took my new bike home and immediately went for the first ride. I had to learn how to use the shifter and get used to the disc brakes but I'm in love. I feel this bike is the key to getting healthy and staying active.
