Excellent communication and workmanship. For gothic, we are not just another client, they make us feel like we are their number one client by making sure our clients receive super customer service. Most importantly, they do not Nickle and dime us.

What do you like about our people and services?

We like the constant communication with our Account Manager, Kerry King. He is proactive and truly cares about our asset and team. If I see something around the property that needs attention, typically before I even send an email, he and the crew have addressed it!

We feel like Kerry is one of our own team members!

What do you like about our people and services?

Gothic Landscaping is new to Oakbrook Townhomes and has responded quickly to the HOA's requests. They have found irrigation valves that have been faulty and the HOA will soon see the results of their water conservation efforts in irrigation and landscape design. We look forward to a long relationship with Gothic.
