I was considering replacing my counter tops in my kitchen a few weeks ago and walked into Granite Transformation on Galley Road and spoke to the receptionist. I said I was only thinking about this project. She was very helpful and introduced to the owner of the business. We had a long discussion about their product. There was no high pressure sales pitch and I came out with two samples to try to match the colour scheme in my kitchen. I felt very confident in placing an order to upgrade my kitchen. I made an appointment for a survey for the templates to be made, The surveyor arrived on time and was very polite. The order was confirmed and we moved forward with with the project. A date was confirmed for the installation. The install team arrived on time and the first thing they did was to cover the floor and other exposed surfaces with dust sheets. They worked quietly and efficiently. When they finished they explained how to care for my new counter tops etc, Before they left my house they clean up and vacuum the kitchen area. I was very happy with whole project and would have no hesitation in recommending the product or the company to anyone considering an update to kitchen.

We were so impressed with the attention to detail that everyone that worked on this project gave. Josh, the cabinet builder and installer couldn't have been ant nicer or more professional! He was always so kind and patient in answering any and all questions I had during the install. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be more proud of how my Kitchen turned out! The Quartz countertops are gorgeous!! The team installing them and the Backsplash were wonderful! The attention to detail that it took on this project was massive as our house was originally built in 1808 and is solid Cedar log construction and when I say that NOTHING is square NOR level I mean it! They had their work cut out for them and it turned out beautifully! Everyone that have seen the end result are stunned! So, in answer to your original question as to whether or not I would recommend Granite Transformations for anyone else's project, that answer is a resounding YES!

The workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up each day before leaving. If there was a question about how to proceed there was no hesitation in asking. Finally any difficulty that was encountered was resolved.

We first went to the showroom to look at the products and the staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. We shopped around and decided to go with them for their lifetime warranty. They were on top of things from the beginning. Their service men were on time. They gave friendly reminder calls prior to the service. The men worked hard-non-stop and when they were done, they had cleaned up everything. The serviceman were very professional and focused. The whole job was done in about 6 hours and it looks great. For long-term warranty and no upkeep-I would highly recommend this company.

The entire process from start to finish was smooth. Everyone from the salesperson, the people from the office, the guys that did all the measuring to the installers and plumber were very efficient and did excellent work. they cleaned everything up and were done in three hours. I am very happy with my new kitchen countertops, they are beautiful!!!

Each person was easy to work with from the initial contact, throughout the process, to the final date of completion which was on the exact day they gave. I was guided on each step and decision, but always felt I had the freedom to reconsider a decision.

The home office was responsive to answer questions and send the right person for the job. Each one was professional and a pleasure to work with.

This is the second time we have used Granite Transformations for our kitchen counter upgrade. The first time was about 18 years ago when we did a massive kitchen remodel with walls blown out, the whole thing. We used Granite Transformations and these counter tops are amazing. The installer at the time, said he had never seen the counter tops match the counters so perfectly. When we just downsized after 38 years is a large house, I again chose Granite Transformations for our counter tops. The counters look amazing and our realtor came over and was amazed by them. They are bullet proof and the best thing is that they are my husband proof, he can break, chip or stain anything. Your employees are always so friendly, informative and the bottom line is, they install this amazing product so well. I am so excited about my new counter tops and can't wait to tell others about you.

Without question, Granite Transformations has served my needs from top to bottom - full kitchen counter remodel with backsplash, counters in all three bathrooms and a full shower remodel.
