However the marketing of your product was way off. We were led to believe both by the saleswoman at the home fair and by Cindy Timmons that the project would take 2-3 days. Instead it took two full weeks.

Overall appearance, attention to detail the installers showed and the finished product is everything we expected. My wife is very happy.

3rd time using this company. Nothing but praise from me. This “crew” was fantastic. From our first call to the office and talking with Monica ( extremely helpful) scheduling a assessment of the work to be done with Dennis ( very informative and gave great advise on our projects) to Brett for the final evaluation prior to installation ( making sure the measurements where correct and what we agreed on) and finally the installers Paco and Alex. Everything that was discussed was done. There was a time line given to us and the job was completed ON TIME! We will be using this company again in the near future. They are on time, professional and have the “ check and balance” policy that I have not seen with other companies I have dealt with. Thank you Granite Transformation. I just did a hair.

The workmanship is fantastic. The installers Jimmy and Nathan are great to work with being timely and making sure at the end of the day everything is cleaned up. Additionally, Heidi the office staff was so helpful during every step of the process from scheduling the dates of the install to billing schedules.

We had a great experience. Darrin was great and helped us develop a plan for our bathrooms. JJ was really awesome and worked so hard on our project. We appreciate all his hard work and trying to keep our house as clean as possible.

We have used Granite Transformations 3 different times over the years and have always been very pleased and satisfied with the work and results. The employees both in store and at our home have always been top notch!

We had new countertops installed by Granite Transformations. Initially we had a design consultation in which Shannon presented their products from which we chose the one which appealed to us. She was very helpful and did not push us to buying their product. She set up appointments for us to have the measurements taken and the installation of the countertops. Kevin and Robbie were their installers and they did a fantastic job. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed on their overall progress. The installation took more than one day and unfortunately there was a delay in their completion of the project. We had to wait a few extra days for the team to return due to unforeseen circumstances. However, upon their return the work was completed in several hours. We are most pleased with the quality of the product and work done by Granite Transformations.

Good to follow through on issues. Final product looked nice.
