The Albemarle NC YADKIN Propane is so much better than AmeriGas that we had. The worry that this company gave us is now over. Your service men were professionals, fast, efficient, and Friendly. No problems. Just a fantastic group of Men and Women that we can trust to keep us warm. Thank you so much I highly recommend this Propane Company! Muriel Furr
great service
It’s much more about the nice gentleman I spoke with when setting up the account. He was very helpful and was very caring and compassionate about my situation. The actual service team has been fine and respond fairly quickly to any communication I send. The the true selling point was on the front end, I can only hope the service is as outstanding as this gentleman was. I so wish I’d have gotten his name, he most certainly needs to be recognized
Love the app! It’s so easy to pay.
Feedback: How do I get notifications? I do not remember or can’t find an email or notification of a delivery. I am on automatic refill. I need to know when I have a bill. What am I missing?
I received excellent service.
consistent and professional customer service
Efficiency. As long as the price doesn't start climbing
The man.that brought my gas out was soooooo nice. I've had trouble getting call backs but when they did the ladies were nice. There was suppose to be a safety check prior to gas comking but that didnt happen . The gas man was gonna notify them of that and I also called. Still awaiting a call back. Over all it's been a pleasurable experience. Just a lil slow getting bk to me.
Once the propane tank was delivered everything was fine
Fast deliver
