Timely and efficient
I'm able to go online to order propane and let them know if I need a quick, delivery or whenever their truck is out my way, they come within a day or two of my order. Then after delivery i can go online to pay my bill. The people are very friendly and nice.

The people I speak with by phone as well as the delivery folks are so nice and personable! It's such a pleasure when I call. I recently lost my Dad and they were so compassionate when this come up in conversation. They also worked with me on price. I own my as tank. Therefore, I compare cost. Great experience all the way around... It's nice to know there is still a reputable company with caring employees still out there. Thk you!

Mike Eudy was very prompt and even got here a little earlier than scheduled. We have ordered propane but it has not been delivered yet.
I like that I can go to your website and on my page to see if we have a balance or a credit. It's not easy for me to get someone by phone now.
Efficient
The gentleman who delivered our propane was very efficient and patiently explained the billing process to me. I had a leak test done prior to product delivery and he provided me with the bill for fuel and an envelope pre-addressed for payment. Convenient! He told me that the leak test bill would arrive separately.
