Being a new customer in a house that already had a gas fireplace, but having never operated one myself, I appreciated the on-site safety check and walk-thru instructions Chad Schafer gave us. He is a great representative of the company, very helpful and easy to work with. We've been using the fireplace ever since, and just love that option.

The service is great! They managed to come out after the BIG (for us) snow storm to take care of a gas leak and then a couple days later to fill our tank. They were very accommodating and friendly to boot. It was not good weather to be out in.
I thank them so much for taking care of us.
