Our problem was the tank was empty. The lady on the line arranged for a gas delivery that same day. She saved us from many days without a stove even though the area was only due for deliveries several days from then. The problem was caused by the last delivery being in 2017 and we bought the house in June 2018. We appreciate her extra effort.

This is for your parent co. Don't charge a $75 dollar fee for a emergency. I'm a new customer. Neighbors don't charge each other for help. Small town businesses wouldn't do that. The good old days!

Tom Moxley the survey site Guru was very professional, and answered questions about the site Position when the tank position was over a Irrigation line and needed to be re-positioned . The Sub Contractors were courteous and knowledgeable of the required installation. Tested the system out before they left and found the Tank cap that blew off on the trip to the installation site. Even the LP tanker driver was very friendly and courteous.
