Randy was the service tech that removed the faulty regulator and replaced same. I have had Randy previously service our fire place and he installed our outdoor gas grill. Can’t stress enough what a true professional he is. He communicates with the customer to inform and advise for proper operation of the equipment he works on.

Service technician was great and very helpful. The third party that answers service line is mediocre at best. All good when I spoke to an employee to schedule setup, but it was painful to get there.

Your staff did an excellent job refilling our tank. The only request we have, if possible without an additional, charge, is that you come later than 9 am. My husband has a serious heart condition and we both sleep late. I have a fractured ankle and sometime I am awake at 2 or 3 pm at night.
