This is a little premature for me, I just signed up with Lumber River Propane, so I don't know how the relationship is going to turnout between us, but on a positive note it was good to hear from a familiar voice when I signed up, she is someone who I worked with before but with another company. She is a pleasure to work with & I am looking forward to working with her again .

We got our tank check and received gas. But once we cut our logs on, nothing was working.
Received a call from the Mgr and told him our problem. He got us on the schedule to get tank check. Maintanece came out late Friday and took care of the problem. So happy!

We recently returned to our home after being away for several months. My wife smelled gas and we reported that to Lumberton. They had a repair technician at our home within an hour who located the leak to a improper connection. As the house was completed by the builder lss
than six months ago, the leak apparently was long term and resulted in the tank being depleted.
