Connor let me know when he was on his way, showed up at the appointment time and got right to work. He was very professional the entire time and explained the process thoroughly. The result of his work resulted in my carpets looking almost brand new. Also, I liked that with this process the carpet was dried in roughly an hour (minus some spots that were really bad beforehand!) world sufficient recommend Oxi Fresh and Connor to anyone requiring their services!
