Love the quality of the teachers, variety of classes on offer and superb facilities. Would love to see intermediate and advanced classes introduced for yoga and reformer so people can progress over time and mix up the challenge

The fact that teachers encourage us to take the practice ar our own pace and the opportunities to learn new stuff for example breathing practice and hot/cold exposure
