Varied teachers always great
I like the variety of different classes and workshops available. I also like the a lot of instructors do multiple of the same class on the same day so I can pick the time that suits me the best.
Everything from start to finish , when I called to ask about the membership everyone were super helpful , during first class I was given plenty of direction’s regarding correct movement. Just really positive experience and great to have place like that in the area.

Fantastic location, parking and options to book into a class. Capacity is large so I can always get a spot in the class. Space is light and airy and well laid out and welcoming.
I am particularly interested in reformer and having a space that solely provides reformer every day of the week is amazing.
