The atmosphere of the place was good also they have Great Pilates instructors and Kind Staffs. Loved Barbara's classes!
They are friendly and cater for all levels. I usual feel ready for the high level classes but appreciate options when you're not.
I separately do alot of strength training . I would love a "balance" class. Loads of stretching so you feel you've had a massage after the class. I think it would be good for athletes & and for rest days

Although I am new to reformer and only been to one other place before I joined The YogaHub. They are so friendly both in person and through their prompt replies via email. What I enjoy the most is that classes are never the same. Highly recommend The YogaHub.
